Functional Features

9 work rollers：
The PV series represents a new level of feeding technology. With its gravity-type design and 9 work rollers, it possesses the capability to handle materials up to 9 mm in thickness, achieving an exceptional degree of flatness.

Roller opening device：
In the PV series, the work rollers pivot at the exit-side variable mandrel and can open up to a maximum of 20 degrees, making cleaning operations easier. Additionally, the machine's internal structure is fully visible, greatly improving inspection and maintenance access deep within the mechanism.

Motorized straightening amount adjustment：
Motorized straightening amount adjustment replaces the previous manual handwheel adjustment, making operation easier.
