Functional Features

Openable work roller mechanism：

With the exit-side variable mandrel as the pivot, it can open up to a maximum of 20 degrees. The large opening makes roller cleaning extremely easy. The internal structure is fully visible, allowing for more convenient inspection and maintenance of deep mechanism areas.

Coil end flattening device：

Requires less effort and enhances safety by flattening the leading edge of the coil, facilitating smooth material entry into the rollers.
