Functional Features
Lifting type upper working roller opening structure:
The lifting and lowering structure of the highly acclaimed LCC SA series NC leveling feeder is adopted, allowing the upper roller device to open at a large angle, making cleaning and maintenance work very easy.
19 processing rollers:
Nineteen small-diameter working rollers eliminate the bending stress of the coil material, ensuring the high flatness required for precision machining.
Auxiliary wheel:
The RKL-300 and RKL-500 series, which correspond to material widths of 300mm and 500mm respectively, are equipped with additional auxiliary rollers to suppress the bending of the working rollers, thereby enhancing the precision of leveling.
Direct-drive variable frequency control gear motor:
Equipped with a 3.7kw variable frequency control gear motor, it is easier to adjust the correction speed to match the production line speed. Additionally, the adoption of high-precision gears without chains and direct drive ensures smooth operation even when the working roller reaches its limit. This provides a guarantee for users to produce high-precision products.
