Functional Component

Uncoiler

1.The inner diameters of the steel coils are 508mm and 610mm；
2.Utilize an AC servo motor to achieve constant back tension；
3.Center positioning auxiliary system for automatic material roll feeder.

Leveling machine

1.21 precision 6-layer leveling and straightening rollers；
2.The servo motor adjusts the back pressure support roller to change the poor plate shape, and uses a high-rigidity pressure wheel to eliminate the internal stress of the material.

The feeding device delivers material smoothly

1.Independent cleaning system；

3.The platform-style lifting mechanism facilitates easy board access and allows for adjustment of the feeding depth according to the characteristics of different boards.

Servo pendulum scissors
