The automation equipment that passed acceptance serves a 3750T single press—currently the first single press with the highest tonnage among domestic multi-station stamping production lines. It imposes high demands on the supporting automation system in terms of load capacity, precision control, and stability.System Configuration
The complete automation system consists of two core components: a large fully automatic destacking system and a three-dimensional multi-station transfer manipulator, enabling full automation from destacking to transferring.

"One-to-Three" is a technical breakthrough independently developed by RUIHUI Intelligent in the field of fully automatic large-scale destacking systems—meaning a single fully automatic destacking system can simultaneously accommodate and automatically switch between three different material types of blanks：★Iron

Traditional production lines often require manual adjustment of separation parameters or even replacement of separation devices when handling different materials. Through technological innovation, RUIHUI Intelligent has overcome the compatibility challenges posed by the differences in physical properties among the three materials, achieving the goal of "one system, three material types".
The fully automatic destacking system equipped with this "One-to-Three" technology is currently in actual production on a customer's line in the UK, operating stably and validated in the overseas market.
